Terms of Service
My terms of service are NOT negotiable. No matter who you are to me you must follow my terms, and if you don't i have every right to block you and refuse any conatct in the future.These terms will cover commissioned art, adopts/designs i make, useage of these things, and other general do's/ do not's.These terms are subject to change or edits at my discretion, they can happen at any time so please keep an eye on this page for updates.
I do not allow my work to be used for NFT's (non fundgable tokens) in any way, shape or form.
I do not allow my work to be used to train AI 'art' bots.
I work at my own pace, i like to take my time so i do not accept commissions that require a strict deadline.
I will not draw 18+/ suggestive content.
I will not draw characters that are underage in either their actual age or by appearance in any form of 18+ situation.
You cannot claim commissioned artwork as your own, while you can re-post it whever you like you MUST ALWAYS credit back to me, ask for where to credit to.
I will not draw anything that sends a harmful message, shows support for hate groups or that include racist, sexist, lgbt-phobic or bigoted messages.
You cannot use any of my work for commercial purpuses without takling with me first. Commercial use has a different pirce to my regular commissions and is priced based on what it will be used for.
